At Körber, sustainability is not just an aspiration but a firm conviction—deeply embedded in the Leadership pillar of our LIFE 2035 framework. Building on this foundation, we continuously work to deliver on our sustainability promise: "Our activities enable a better life for current and future generations."

Over the past year, we achieved important progress. In 2025, we reached CO2e neutrality for our own operations (Scope 1 and 2). This milestone confirms our strategic direction—while recognizing that the path to achieving net-zero across the entire value chain by 2040 remains ambitious and requires continuous emission reductions.

In parallel, we advanced our sustainability management with a clear focus on CSRD compliance. A central element was the successful completion of our double materiality analysis, which now provides a robust basis for strategically prioritizing our key topics. Building on the results, we redesigned our ‘House of Sustainability’ to sharpen our strategic focus.

We also integrated the resulting impacts, risks, and opportunities into our group-wide risk and opportunity management—an important step toward greater structure, transparency, and steering capability.

Our strong ESG performance is once again reflected in independent ratings: the renewed EcoVadis Gold medal and the B rating by CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) underline our ability to maintain and advance our performance in demanding and fast-evolving assessment systems. Particularly noteworthy is the Platinum rating from CyberVadis—the highest rating awarded—which confirms our high standards in digital security and responsible corporate governance. These results reinforce our position as a reliable and attractive partner for our customers and business partners.

Thinking sustainably and acting responsibly requires courage, conviction, and a clear plan. Our ‘House of Sustainability’ shows how we understand sustainability and how we put it into practice. It is structured around the three dimensions Environment, Social, and Governance, along with their respective focus fields.

Awards

Ecovadis 2025 gold sustainability rate

Our EcoVadis rating: Gold

EcoVadis is an independent platform for sustainability assessments and audits companies with regard to the four criteria: environment, ethics, sustainable procurement, and workers' and human rights. For the 2025 financial year, the Körber Group has been awarded the Gold Medal with 82 out of 100 points. This means that Körber is among the top five percent of companies assessed worldwide.

Platinum cybervadis 2025 rating

Our CyberVadis rating: Platinum

CyberVadis, an EcoVadis subsidiary, is a platform dedicated to evaluating companies' cyber security standards. Körber's security architecture and our security measures safeguarding confidentiality, integrity and availability of data and information were rated as excellent with 967 points out of 1,000 and awarded the Platinum Medal, the highest level of recognition.

Our CDP score: B

CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) is a globally recognized non-profit organization that assesses companies based on their transparency and performance in addressing climate change. In 2025, Körber underwent a group-wide CDP assessment for the second time and maintained its solid B rating. This result confirms that Körber is implementing effective climate-action measures and continuing to strengthen key areas of its sustainability management.
