How Körber lives responsible corporate governance

Business conduct, integrity, and whistleblower system: clear standards, protected reporting
Körber promotes an open and trustworthy culture that enables people to raise concerns instead of preventing them. The Corporate Guideline Code of Conduct establishes binding standards for acting with integrity—from anti-corruption and fair competition to human rights and anti-discrimination. In addition, the whistleblower reporting system offers confidential reporting channels, including anonymous reports via an encrypted online form. Protection against retaliation is expressly guaranteed, and all reports are systematically reviewed, legally assessed, and followed through until a resolution is reached.

Supplier management and digitalization: transparent, risk-based, scalable
Körber manages its supply chains using data-driven approaches: Through the digital platform IntegrityNext, ESG (environmental, social, and governance) issues as well as supplier compliance data are systematically collected and evaluated. This information is seamlessly integrated into the procurement processes of Ivalua, Körber's central system for tendering and awarding supplier contracts.
The assessments are supplemented by economic data from Dun & Bradstreet, a global provider of creditworthiness and risk indicators, which enables additional insights into suppliers' financial stability and potential risks.
This enables Körber to identify risks early on, make transparent award decisions, and track measurable improvements in its supplier network.

"The digitalization of the supply chain makes risks visible, decisions faster, and collaboration more reliable—a win for transparency, compliance, and better working conditions among our partners along the value chain."

Payment practices: fair, predictable, compliant
Fair payment terms are a key component of sustainable collaboration. Körber complies with the EU directive on late payments and has established transparent, uniform payment terms for all its companies. Invoices are processed promptly, and the Days-to-Pay performance indicator is monitored to ensure timely payment.

Cyber security: resilience as a core principle
Secure handling of information is essential for employees, business partners, and customers. Körber is consistently strengthening its Information Security Management System (ISMS)—with the firm conviction that cyber security is an indispensable part of it.
Because digitalization also increases the attack surface, we focus on resilience rather than reaction: The Cyber Defense Center monitors our IT landscape around the clock and enables rapid intervention, while the CyberX program takes our defenses to the next level proactive, data, and Al-driven, with clear processes for prevention, detection, response, and continuous learning.

"Cyber security is a lived responsibility: We ensure the resilience of our business processes and protect our customers' data."
