- Findependence – We are financially strong and independent. By 2035, we aim to achieve 10 billion euro in sales, while maintaining robust free cash flow. Our healthy, future-driven portfolio is based on global megatrends and technology trends, enabling us to invest boldly and shape our future with confidence.

Ownership structure: Körber-Stiftung
Körber-Stiftung, a non-profit organization, is the sole shareholder of Körber AG. This structure goes back to the legacy of our founder, Kurt A. Körber, and gives us something rare and special: a reliable, long-term-oriented owner. In return, Körber-Stiftung receives an annual dividend, which it uses exclusively for charitable purposes.
