Our solution uses electronically adjustable forming times to match different foil types, thicknesses, and geometries, to ensure accurate and repeatable blister quality. The dedicated draw-off unit eliminates shrink effects during stops, so when it restarts, everything stays aligned and production continues smoothly.
The system also supports a wide range of materials and pack formats, including large cavities and specialized designs such as open clamping packs. Since the changeovers are tool-free and it’s easy for operators to switch formats, the BE3 helps reduce downtime and keep production running efficiently, even in environments with high-variability production.
