Development of the new site
In 2026, the time had come: Since then, the future corporate headquarters of Körber Technologies GmbH – the Körber New Building Hamburg – has been under construction on the grounds of the Bergedorf Innovation Park in southeast Hamburg. Körber Technologies GmbH, currently located in Hamburg-Bergedorf and Schwarzenbek in Schleswig-Holstein, is the headquarters of the Körber Technologies Business Area, one of four business areas of the international technology group Körber.

Our vision
We are Körber. We are shaping the future with innovative solutions and cutting-edge technologies. Our goal: market leadership through technological leadership. With this ambitious vision, we are establishing our new facility in Hamburg: We are building the Körber Hamburg facility – a state-of-the-art, sustainably built, highly digitized factory designed to the latest standards for sustainable construction.
Our project
The new Körber building in Hamburg will serve as the new headquarters for Körber Technologies GmbH: a modern workplace for our employees is being built on approximately 70,000 square meters. Here, we will develop and build our high-tech machines, manufacture specialty parts, research innovative, groundbreaking technologies, and supply our customers worldwide.
We are investing in Hamburg as a business hub and creating a new, attractive work environment for our existing locations on Kurt-A.-Körber-Chaussee and Weidenbaumsweg in Bergedorf, as well as our site in Schwarzenbek.
Sustainability
Sustainability plays a central role in the new Körber building in Hamburg and is taken into account in the construction, fit-out, and operation of the site:
We use environmentally friendly building materials and follow the guidelines of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB).
We are working to ensure that we can meet our entire energy needs using renewable energy sources: To this end, we are relying on an innovative energy mix.
