I have been with the company for more than 20 years. 
 
I have seen many transformations. 
The transition to the Körber brand was one of them. 
 
At first, it felt as though something familiar was coming to an end. 
Today, the new identity feels completely natural. 
Colleagues who joined us later have never known it any other way. 
 
Now we are taking the next step:
from a machine builder to a systems integrator.
 
This transformation affects us on many levels: 
 
How we think. 
How we work. 
How we create value for our customers. 
 
Everyone responds to change differently. 
 
Some embrace it with curiosity. 
Others need time to understand it. 
And some initially want to hold on to what has proven valuable. 
 
That is when open dialogue becomes essential. 
 
You explain. 
You listen. 
You create space for different perspectives. 
 
Sometimes you just ask: 
“What’s on your mind?” 
 
Because change only succeeds when people feel part of it. 
When they understand why it matters. 
When they see their own role in it. 
And when they have the chance to shape it. 
 
That was exactly our approach. 
 
We built the strategy together. 
With one person from each department. 
 
Different perspectives. 
Different experiences. 
But one shared direction. 

And we continued the conversation beyond the strategy.  
 
Because to me, transformation also means giving people the confidence to take the next step. 
 
You try something out. 
You learn. 
And when the change ahead feels too big, 
you break it down into smaller steps. 
 
And that, to me, is where freedom comes in: 
 
Freedom is not about doing whatever you want. 
It is about deciding what to do.
