Sealing principle 
 
Choose between continuous or intermittent sealing, with roller sealing (actively temperature-controlled core) or platen sealing (constant sealing time) to ensure consistent, reliable results. 

Shrinkage compensation 
 
Maintain high quality without manual intervention. Adaptive station positioning automatically compensates for film shrinkage, preventing defects and supporting smoother restarts. 

Change bottom foil on the fly 

To maximize uptime during long campaigns, the BE8 features an integrated automatic storage box for the bottom foil. This allows operators to perform material changes without stopping the process or increasing the machine length.
