Advanced features for high-speed stability

The BE6 processes a broad range of forming foils including PVC, PP, and aluminum-based laminated films. It supports alu hard, alu soft, and paper/Al lidding materials for diverse pharmaceutical requirements.

Minimum waste through shrinkage compensation

The BE6 uses adaptive, fully automatic inline adjustment of station positions to compensate for film shrinkage. This prevents quality-relevant defects that lead to faulty ejections after restarts, improving OEE in stop-start environments.

Validation-friendly sealing

Patented sealing technology combines roller sealing with an actively temperature-controlled core. This ensures constant sealing time independent of machine speed, meaning no new validation is necessary when changing production rates.

Functional design

Color-illuminated covers indicate zone activity while the large film roll is positioned on a trolley for ergonomic handling.
