BIB-BOB machine

Turn your primary blistering process into a continuous, decoupled line

The BIB-BOB® connects any BE blister machine to automatically transfer blisters into standardized magazines. This enables line speeds of up to 250 blisters per minute while secondary steps happen later  on demand—reducing downtime by up to 90%.

Flexibility

Three configurable integration variants

We offer three configurable variants, all of which start with  any BE machine  (BE3/BE4/BE6/BE8) that is combined with a BIB-BOB®.

  • A standalone model in which the BE continuously produces blisters and loads them into magazines using the BIB-BOB®. These magazines are stored and later fed into a specialized Late-Stage Customization Center.
  • A magazine-to-cartoner model which routes items to any on-site or external cartoner for secondary packaging, providing maximum logistical freedom: produce once, finish anywhere.
  • An integrated line model that offers two modes: run primary-only bulking or full end-to-end cartoning. Choose the setup that best matches your operational strategy and required service levels.
