ErgoUnload
ErgoUnload facilitates semi-automatic bulk unloading of loose-loaded trailers with just one operator—doubling throughput while reducing physical strain by up to 90%.

High-performance unloading with minimal ergonomic risk
Benefits
Increase throughput per dock
Double trailer unloading throughput by handling up to 3,000 parcels per hour per dock with one operator.
Improve ergonomics
Cut parcel lifting and twisting up to 90% to reduce physical strain.
Single-person operation
Stabilize unloading performance and reduce unloading time by up to 50% by enabling a single operator to handle loose loads efficiently.
Optimize space
Increase unloading capacity per dock without expanding its footprint: ErgoUnload is ideal for greenfield projects with limited space.
Future-proof safety
Proactively address evolving ergonomic regulations and improve job attractiveness by transforming demanding manual tasks.
Fast, seamless integration
The system connects easily to existing material handling equipment (MHE) and offers fast setup with minimal impact on live operations.

Technology
Semi-automatic bulk unloading
Traditionally, unloading loose-loaded vehicles at parcel centers relies on intensive manual labor. This process is time-consuming and requires repetitive lifting and twisting. With growing personnel shortages and rising parcel volumes, hubs need technology that stabilizes performance while alleviating physical demands.
ErgoUnload allows operators to pull multiple loose-loaded items onto flaps or directly onto an incline belt simultaneously. This semi-automatic process eliminates the need to lift items individually, significantly increasing throughput.
For parcels located at heights above 1.8 meters in the trailer, the integrated ErgoGripper vacuum aid supports unloading, allowing safe handling of items up to 40 kg, without excessive strain.
