The IP10 is a modular semi-automated system for testing ignition propensity of cigarettes on the basis of ASTM E 2187 and / or ISO 12863. The Ignition Propensity Tester IP10 is modular. Up to 10 IP10 units can be connected to another and operated via one control panel. The sample is loaded and lighted manually. Further handling and monitoring of glow zone are performed completely automatically.
