Project Scope:

• Management of over 800,000 different products, more than 120,000 of which are stocked, with no fast-moving items
• Manual areas (shelving and pallet racking) and an automated small-parts warehouse (AKL), covering 10 different warehouse types
• Management of remaining lengths (e.g. cutting hoses to length)
• Direct sales from the warehouse (sales counter)
• Integration with the plant manufacturer’s proprietary material flow system (MFS)
• Connection to a non-SAP ERP system during a transition phase, with final integration into SAP ERP
• Roll container management for putaway and multi-order picking
