The new automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) provides 11,200 pallet storage positions in a compact multi‑level warehouse, maximising density within a limited footprint. 

Multi‑level material flow across 5 floors

The solution includes a two‑aisle high‑bay rack with 42 m‑high stacker cranes and interfloor conveyors, enabling transportation of raw materials and finished goods across five distinct facility levels.

Reduced manual handling dependency

By automating pallet handling and integrating rail‑guided vehicles (RGVs), Markono significantly lowered reliance on manual warehouse operations while increasing throughput flexibility.
