KLiNGEL’s new logistics centre features a fully automated warehouse and picking system with RFID tagging, enabling fast identification, automatic sorting, and efficient supply of individual bagged goods. 

710,000 items stored and rapid order processing

The nine-story “Bagstore” holds up to 710,000 flat-packed goods, with the system moving around 30,000 articles in and out before consolidation—delivering ordered products from storage to packing within 45 minutes and ready for shipping in 90 minutes.

Performance boost through SAP HANA migration

Migrating the SAP logistics software to a SAP HANA database significantly increased system performance (up to 4.4× faster planning and 7–13× faster messaging), improving daily operation speed and future-proofing IT.
