The solution features a miniload storage for around 2,000 trays and a pallet buffer for approximately 240 EUR-pallets, ensuring flexible storage and efficient product flow.

70 pallets/hour outbound with 300 layers/hour robot capacity

Two palletizing robots build customer-specific pallets at a rate of 300 layers per hour, supporting an outbound throughput of 70 EUR-pallets per hour.
