Project content:

• Integration of functions and processes from four legacy systems into SAP ERP and SAP EWM
• Introduction of batch management in SAP ERP to ensure traceability (uniform management in ERP and EWM)
• Replacement of the existing warehouse management system with SAP EWM at five locations
• End-to-end control, processing, and evaluation of all production orders in SAP ERP (PP)
• Introduction of a quality management system to ensure compliance with and implementation of processes (SAP QM)
• Introduction of wireless data transmission (MobiSys)
• Introduction of SAP-integrated transport management based on SAP LE-TRA and K.OneX SAP Supply Chain add-ons

Scope of services:

• Creation of specifications for the introduction of SAP EWM, SAP PP, SAP QM, conversion to batch management, and integration into SAP ERP (MM, SD, PP)
• Introduction of the pilot location (2018)
• Rollout at four additional locations in Germany (in progress)
