Boost your training with Blended Learning: welcome to the new Körber Academy Platform

We are proud to introduce a new concept to the Körber Academy that will redefine the training experience we offer our customers: Blended Learning. This approach combines the best of both worlds: traditional face-to-face training and state-of-the-art digital resources available on the Körber Academy Platform (KAP).

More than just an app, the KAP is a powerful digital ecosystem that is changing the way we deliver training. This web-based platform is designed to accommodate a wide range of learners, so that anyone who operates or works with our machines can participate in various training courses on specific topics directly on the platform and exchange information with other users to get the most out of our training.

With its user-friendly interface, the Körber Academy Platform offers an extensive library of digital resources, including interactive 3D animations, videos, tutorials, process diagrams and virtual machine controls. These resources are also used by our Körber Academy instructors throughout the course, and are available in multiple languages to ensure that all of our participants have convenient access to the content at every stage of the training experience.

Blended Learning and the Körber Academy Platform deliver significant value to our customers. They can continue to improve their skills and machine productivity even after their hands-on training is complete. Our digital content is meticulously designed to help them understand complex processes, assemblies, settings, workflows, maintenance and troubleshooting to the highest educational standards.

Here's how our new training system works:

• Preparation: Before the training even begins, our customers are given access to the Körber Academy Platform so they can prepare at their own pace.
• Hands-on training: The core of our training, this phase combines face-to-face instruction with hands-on experience and supporting digital content to master the job. Customers can choose to train at the Körber Academy or at their own facility.
• Online Distance Training (ODT): After hands-on training, our customers have the opportunity to address any remaining questions during instructor-led online sessions. We understand that questions often arise after the initial training, so we are here to help.
• Self-learning: Even after training, customers have access to all the resources available on the Körber Academy platform for several weeks, allowing them to deepen their knowledge and skills.
