In Hall 1, Stand 1C34, Körber will demonstrate at a picking station for AMR-based goods-to-person systems how manual tasks and associated operating costs and dependencies can be reduced, and how remaining manual work can be made more ergonomic, safer, and precise.

Intelligent Parcel Hub Automation

For parcel hub operators, Körber offers smart, partially AI-supported solutions to increase efficiency, sorting accuracy, and profitability. Mechatronic, highly automated systems are combined with intelligent software to ensure seamless sorting processes and higher throughput.

The VarioPick robotic solution impresses with speed, precision, and flexibility. With an integrated vision system, VarioPick adapts effortlessly to different parcel sizes and types. A semi-automatic unloading system, which will significantly speed up parcel unloading, will be launched later this year. The first pilot installations are already planned.

The Path to the Smart Factory with SAP

In Hall 4, Stand 4D68, Körber will present pioneering solutions with SAP EWM and SAP TM that support companies on their way to the "Smart Factory" and sustainably increase productivity and agility in logistics. The focus is on current possibilities for real-time transparency in warehouse processes and the seamless integration of transport management systems, as well as new approaches to addressing challenges such as the shortage of skilled workers.

New Chatbot for Real-Time Insights and Optimized Warehouse Management

The industrial IoT product suite K.optimize AI, which contributes to optimizing throughput in machine automation, is now complemented by an innovative chatbot. This state-of-the-art tool enables conversational interaction with machine data, provides real-time insights, and enables faster, data-driven decisions. With this addition, K.optimize AI sets new standards in the efficiency and flexibility of machine automation.
