Körber introduces next-gen WCS and interactive warehouse chatbot on LogiMAT
At LogiMAT 2025, Körber unveils its next-gen Warehouse Control System and an AI-powered warehouse chatbot, advancing automation and real-time warehouse interaction.

Constance, March 11, 2025 - At this year’s LogiMAT, Körber introduces the ChatBot that gives you insights from your warehouse data in plain language, and a WCS that sets new software standards in modularity, scalability, and easy integration.
Körber is adding a ChatBot to its growing software suite based on AI. With the new K.Optimize ChatBot getting information based on data from automation equipment is as easy as small talk. In plain language, warehouse operators can ask direct questions about overall system availability, potential malfunctions, and ad other important operating conditions. The K.Optimize ChatBot will give fast and actionable insights in a conversational manner based on the customer’s own data, all in a cyber safe environment without sharing knowledge or data with third parties. Interacting with logistics intelligence becomes easy and safe for everyone no matter their technical background, allowing companies to manage supply chain complexity with unprecedented ease and efficiency.
New industry standard for scalable WCS
Körber also just released K.OneX WCS, a Warehouse Control System that sets new standards in modularity, scalability, and easy integration to software products from third party suppliers, including all leading ERP systems.
K.OneX is based on two foundational code layers that entails Körber’s decades of experience in controlling universal warehouse logistics. On top of these layers, modules that suit the specific automation solution are added, making it easy to scale the systems as warehouses grow and need change.
Business Area Supply Chain customers will benefit from a more streamlined structure that enhances regional and functional expertise while fostering closer customer relationships. Additionally, they will continue to have full access to Infios comprehensive range of solutions.
The unique new software integrates seamlessly into existing infrastructures to accelerate implementation, optimize warehouse processes and improve customer support.
