Körber AG completes acquisition of inconso AG

The company, headquartered in Bad Nauheim near Frankfurt/Main, is a leading provider of consulting and software for logistics solutions. Its core competence is in the customer-specific optimization of logistics processes, particularly in the area of warehouse management. With the acquisition of inconso, Körber is expanding its competencies in the promising intralogistics area.

From ten locations in Germany and one in France, around 500 inconso professionals support their customers from the initial concept through implementation to long-term maintenance of their logistics processes.
