The aim of the acquisition is to expand the Körber Group's Medipak Systems business area, which specializes in inspection and packaging technologies and in the manufacture of high-quality packaging for pharmaceutical products.
Prior to the acquisition, Werum IT Solutions AG had been spun off from Werum Software &amp; Systems AG.
