Highly efficient processing with up to 400 blisters per minute

By supporting small batch sizes and a wide variety of packaging materials, the BE4 enables maximum process efficiency. It can be operated as a one-lane or two-lane version. This allows a maximum output of up to 400 blisters per minute. With two-lane operation, the lane speed is reduced, thereby enabling simpler dosage principles.

100% modular, compact design

The BE4 requires much less space: its compact design means that Zone One (shaping) is located below Zone Two (feeding), which enables a shorter machine length. Despite its compact layout, the BE4 is extremely flexible and can be easily changed to meet future market demands. The 100% modular concept can be upgraded to a high-speed solution at any time. With this, a performance boost of up to 800 blisters per minute can be achieved. The BE4 is also ideal for multiple format changes: with fewer parts, automatic settings and magnetic clamping systems, it can be converted both quickly and safely. 

Its patented technology ensures consistent high-quality sealing. A change in operating speed does not require an additional validation, thus saving time and effort.
