Carsten Jordt: The biggest advantage of the module is the direct communication between the experts on both sides, as well as the fact that you can submit requests regardless of time, location and device. Thanks to the information provided, you can exchange information internally directly with the help of Modification Request - without having to laboriously compile information and send it by e-mail, for example. This offers maximum support, especially for virtual international teams.

Are further functions planned for the future?  

Carsten Jordt: Our portal is a constantly devoloping platform. We are constantly adding new functions to increase the benefits for you. One example is the planned function to display requests according to the respective machine. This enables a step-by-step structure with the entire history of all modification requests. Synergies can also be exploited, for example by allowing modification projects that are to be carried out on similar machines to build on an existing basis.
