Körber acquires IIoT specialist connyun to further strengthen its digital competence

With the acquisition of connyun, the international technology group Körber significantly strengthens its digital competence. The transaction was completed with effect from June 29, 2018.

The startup connyun was founded in 2016 and is a provider of an Industry 4.0 Platform as a Service (PaaS) solution. The company helps to digitize the industry in combining production know-how with IIoT expertise to create pragmatic and easily applicable software solutions. connyun is focused on IIoT Cloud Software, Connectivity, Big Data Technology and Data Science as well as Industry 4.0 consulting. The services can push the efficiency and flexibility of machines, of lines and thereby consequently of complete productions. connyun’s applications enable the customers to optimize their logistics and production processes.
